White Chocolate Triberry Tart

I adapted the recipe from  here

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar

10 ounce white chips, melted and cooled
8 ounce package cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
Some lemon juice for dabbing on fruits.

  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour, mix well. Press into an ungreased 9-inch. tart pan with removable bottom. Bake at 300 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
  • For filling, beat melted chips and cream. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Spread over crust. Arrange the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries over filling. Glaze over with lemon juice to prevent fruits from drying out.

Et Voila! If you’ve bake the tart shell in advance, this scrumptious tart comes together in just a few minutes. Alternatively, you can buy a pie shell from your local supermarket. All that's left to do is eat up and be merry!
