Chloé is fast becoming one of my absolute favourite. If I had deeper pockets, I would happily buy out the entire collection season after season. Is that taking things too far? I am highly impressed by the designers' ability to churn out refined and modern pieces that reflect a quiet confidence. You see, it doesn't overwhelm you, but it makes you do a double take and wonder what it is about that woman you can't quite put your finger on. I say, it's the Chloé, love.  Although a little bland for my taste, seeing as I appreciate vibrant colours, I was still very much inspired by the Fall 2010 collection. With references to the 70‘s, masculine-feminine silhouettes, and richness of shapes and texture; the lack of colour is easily overlooked. I especially love those bow blouses you see in the first row.

There’s something quite refreshing about the bow blouse. Powerful? Yes. Intimidating? Perhaps. Stuffy? Methinks not. The variation of texture with silk and chiffon fabric makes it very alluring. Narrower ties are good too, but I enjoy the soft fuller bow a little more; and that's exactly what I had been scouting out for quite some time now. If you want to splurge, that second row is for you. But if you're like me and think 'hey! come on now, it's just a blouse', then etsy has you covered. I recently found one at my local vintage shop. Vibrant and silky bow blouse? Yes please.

Hope you're all having a pleasant week!

Bisous,
Abi

I adore the first image - such a stylish bouget of Browns. I'm also a fan of Chloe, too, and I adore the romance of bows. xx

I love bow blouses. Stick a giant bow on anything, and I'll be pretty happy. Those Chloe pictures are fantastic. Very 70s, in a really excellent way.

The first and third outfit are so pretty, and some of the other blouses are worth wearing them too!

I have been loving this look myself recently, though I haven't posted it yet. Got one from, indeed, Etsy, and another from Zara. In fact, I'm wearing it today! Nice write-up.

@Iww: I'm glad to hear that!

@keeping it fierce: You have me thinking. The models might have made me like it a tad bit more since some of my faves were out there

@style-haus: couldn't agree more. Easy peasy lemon squeezy

@Emily: Hahaha! Our minds are synced. I would love to see some photos! Didn't know Zara carried any. Would have to stop by to see if I can snag any up. Can't wait to wear the one I got.

Who doesn't adore a bow! Definitely a great way to soften any ensemble. May have to pull out my blouse some time this week so it can see some sunshine! Thanks for the inspiration!

I've been obsessing over lace, bow, frills and all around feminine looks. Not to mention my sudden love affair of all things animal prints, which I hated them for yrs.

Chloe has stepped up its season and love a lot of their pieces, even though I can't afford them now.

@Ginta: it took me a while, but I found one at a vintage shop. I heard Zara has some as well, but who knows!

@Ria:Hahah. I know right? Deeper pockets and I would love in Chloe

@Huda: Welcome to the club. I've been obsessing over the same things too! If I had unlimited funds, I would be buying out Chloe as well.
